    以乙酰丙酮和乙酸甲酯为原料,四氢呋喃为溶剂,乙醇钠为催化剂,进行克莱森缩合反应合成2,6-二甲基吡喃酮。用高效液相色谱法对其进行定性和定量分析。通过单因素实验考察了影响2,6-二甲基吡喃酮合成的各项因素。实验结果表明,当n(乙酰丙酮): n(乙酸甲酯): n(乙醇钠)=1.0:2.5:2.0、反应温度为85 ℃、反应时间为6 h时,以乙酰丙酮计的2,6-二甲基吡喃酮收率可达13.32%,质量为95.37%。

    Abstract:

    2,6-dimethyl-gamma-pyrone was synthesized via the Claisen condensation with acetylacetone and methyl acetate as raw materials, tetrahydrofuran as solvent, sodium ethylate as catalyst. The qualitative and quantitative analysis was conducted by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Effects of reaction conditions on the properties of 2,6-dimethyl-gamma-pyrone were investigated by single factor experiments. The results showed that the yield of 2,6-dimethyl-gamma-pyrone could reach 13.32% and its content was 95.37% calculated by acetylacetone under the following reaction conditions: the molar ratio of acetylacetone to methyl acetate and sodium ethylate 1.0:2.5:2.0, reaction temperature was 85 ℃, reaction time was 6 hours.
