    以聚乙二醇为还原剂通过水热反应,还原氧化石墨烯同时在石墨烯表面原位生长银纳米粒子,制备银@石墨烯纳米复合材料。采用紫外-可见吸收光谱、X射线衍射、红外吸收光谱、透射电子显微镜对所制备的银@石墨烯纳米复合材料进行了表征。结果表明:银以单质形态成功负载在石墨烯表面,银纳米粒子的平均粒径为30nm。以大肠杆菌为模型对纳米复合材料的抑菌性能进行测试,银@石墨烯纳米复合材料在100µg/mL时可以完全抑制大肠杆菌的生长,是一种效果显著的新型抑菌材料。

    Abstract:

    Ag@Graphene nano-composite was prepared by one step in situ synthetic method, using polyethylene glycol as reductant. Graphene oxide and silver ions were reduced at the same time under hydrothermal reaction. UV-vis spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and transmission electron microscope (TEM) were used to characterize the as-prepared nano-composite. The results of characterization indicated that silver nanoparticles were uniformly anchored on the surface of graphene sheets and the average particle size was 30nm. Antibacterial activity was tested using E. coli as model strain. The minimal inhibitory concentration of Ag@graphene against E. coil was 100µg/mL, making the composite an outstanding and novel antibacterial material.
