Characterization of SO42-/ZrO2-MgO Solid Acid Catalyst and Its Catalytic Activity in the Synthesis of Cellulose Acetate Propionate

用浸渍法制备SO42-/ZrO2-MgO固体酸催化剂,利用X射线衍射、红外光谱、NH3程序升温脱附等方法对SO42-/ZrO2-MgO固体酸催化剂进行表征。表征结果表明, SO42-/ZrO2催化剂中加入适量的Mg有利于四方晶相ZrO2(t)的形成;有利于增加固体酸表面酸强度和酸量。SO42-/ZrO2-MgO催化剂在合成醋酸丙酸纤维素(CAP)的反应中有很高的活性,当n (ZrO2):n(MgO)=15:1,焙烧温度500℃时,催化活性最佳,50℃下,反应8 h 后,CAP质量收率达到116.40%。
Abstract:
Solid acid catalyst SO42-/ZrO2-MgO was prepared by impregnation and was characterized by means of XRD, FTIR, NH3-TPD. The characterization results indicated that the addition of Mg in SO42-/ZrO2 was beneficial to the formation of tetragonal crystalline t-ZrO2 and increase the acid strength and acid amount. The catalyst SO42-/ZrO2-MgO was used in cellulose acetate propionate (CAP) synthesis. The catalyst containing the ZrO2/MgO molar ratio of 15/1 and being calcined at 500 ℃ showed the best catalytic activity. The yield of CAP reacted at 50℃ for 8 h was up to 116.40%.
