    摘要:为提高对聚戊烯醇的萃取效率,用[BMIM]PF6-AgBF4体系对银杏叶提取物中聚戊烯醇(polyprenols,PPs)进行-配位萃取。结果表明,在23℃下,以正己烷为溶剂, ρPPs=2 g/L、料液比(原料液与萃取剂体积比)为1:1时,聚戊烯醇的萃取率达到93.13%,而此时萃取剂中cAg+ = 0.02 mol/L,萃取耗时2h。与之前用AgNO3甲醇水溶液体系相比,本体系萃取PPs所需Ag+浓度低、反应时间短。萃取剂重复使用3次,提取率没有明显下降,聚戊烯醇平均得率为91.21%

    Abstract:

    To improve the extraction yield of polyprenols (PPs), the novel -complexing extractant that consisted of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM]PF6) containing AgBF4 was used to extract PPs from the extracts of Ginkgo leaves. The results showed that the extraction rate of PPs reached 93.13% at 23C, while the initial concentration of PPs in n-hexane of 2g/l, silver iron concentration in the extractant of 0.02 mol/L, the volume ratio of material solution to extractant of 1:1 and extraction of 2 h. Compared with previous methanol aqueous AgNO3 extractant, [BMIM]PF6-AgBF4 extractant showed much lower silver iron concentration and significant shorter operation times. When the extractent was recycle three times, the average extraction rate was 91.21%, showing no obvious decline.
