    摘要:

    以安息香为原料,先经氧化制得联苯偶酰,后与脲缩合生成二苯基甘脲。研究表明在缩合反应中,以无水乙醇为溶剂,乙醇钠为催化剂,在室温下即可反应,当脲与联苯偶酰投料摩尔比为2.5:1,催化剂用量为联苯偶酰的10%时,40℃下反应,反应1.5h,产品收率较高,平均为82%。对产物进行了IR、1H NMR、13C NMR及HPLC-MS等分析与表征,结果表明产物结构正确,纯度为98%。该方法具有操作简便,反应温度低,反应时间短,催化剂用量少,产物收率高等优点。

    Abstract:

    Diphenylglycoluril was synthesized by condensation reaction of dibenzoyl from the oxidatetion of benzoin and urea. This study showed that with anhydrous ethanol used as solvent, sodium ethoxide as catalyst, the condensation reaction can be achieved at room temperature, the yield of product was higher , the average was 82% with the molar ratio of 2.5:1of urea and dibenzoyl, the dosage of catalyst 10% of dibenzoyl, 40℃,1.5h. The product was analyzed and characterized by IR、1H NMR、13C NMR and HPLC-MS. The results showed that the product structure was correct, and its pure was 98%. The method has the advantages of convenient operation, low reaction temperature, short reaction time, few catalysts and high yield and so on.
