    摘要:

    采用SEM和IR方法确认了盐酸育亨宾在强酸性阳离子交换纤维上的吸附行为,然后采用拟一级和拟二级动力学方程对其动力学数据进行拟合。结果表明,拟二级动力学方程更适合描述盐酸育亨宾在离子交换纤维上的吸附过程。吸附过程的表观活化能Ea 为14.39 kJ/mol,速度控制步骤为液膜扩散控制。当初始浓度由100 mg/L增大到300 mg/L时,液膜扩散系数kB由0.170 min-1随之增大到0.186 min-1,同时有效扩散系数D由2.75510-11增大到3.017 10-11m2/s。

    Abstract:

    The features of yohimbine hydrochloride absorbing on the strong acid cation exchange fiber were characterized by SEM and IR. Then the absorption kinetic data of yohimbine hydrochloride by strong acid cation exchange fiber were fitted by the pseudo-first-order kinetic model and pseudo-second-order kinetic model. The adsorption process was better described by the pseudo-second-order model,and the apparent activation energy of reaction (Ea) was 14.39 kJ•mol-1. The absorption speed controlling step was liquid film diffusion. The rate constant of Boyd film diffusion kB increased from 0.170 to 0.186 min-1 and the effective diffusion coefficient D increased from 2.755 10-11 to 3.017 10-11m2s-1 with the increase of initial yohimbine hydrochloride concentration from 100 to 300 mg/L.
