超支化聚氨酯氟代聚丙烯酸酯的合成与应用

    摘要:

    以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG-600)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)等为原料,合成以双键封端的超支化聚氨酯(HPU),再与全氟己基乙基丙烯酸酯(C6F)、甲基丙烯酸十八酯(SMA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)等,通过自由基聚合,合成超支化聚氨酯氟代聚丙烯酸酯(HPUFA)。通过红外光谱(FT-IR),场发射扫描电镜(SEM),接触角测量仪等对产物结构、性能进行了研究。结果表明:当nNCO/nOH =1.4时,HPUFA用量1.5 g/100 g乙酸乙酯时应用效果较佳;经HPUFA处理的织物接触角达到137.5,静态吸水时间达9.5小时,疏油等级6级。

    Abstract:

    First,Hyperbranched polyurethane with carbon-carbon double bond terminated was prepared with HDI,PEG-600,TEOA,HEA as performed polymer.Second,HPUFA was synthesized by C6F, SMA, HEA, BA and performed polymer by radical polymerization .The structure and properties of product were investigated by FT-IR, SEM,contact angle.The results showed that application effect of HPUFA was good when nNCO/nOH was equal to one point four and the content of HPUFA was one point five gram per one hundred ethyl acetate .The contact angle of fabric with HPUFA treated reached 137篴nd the time of static water absorption reached nine point five and oleophobic grade was six .
