    摘要: 采用微波辅助丙酮/硫酸铵两相盐析体系萃取万寿菊花中的酚类物质及叶黄素。通过单因素实验考察微波作用时间、微波功率、料液比等对目标产物在两相间分配行为的影响,确定最优萃取条件,并采用响应曲面法优化微波辅助盐析萃取万寿菊花中多酚的提取工艺。研究表明,多酚、类黄酮及叶黄素富集于上相丙酮相,得率分别为85.76 mg/g,6.70 mg/g,0.85 mg/g;回收率分别为96.64%,98.15%,95.98%。响应曲面法优化微波辅助盐析萃取万寿菊花中多酚的最优提取工艺为:微波功率 500 w,微波作用时间95 s,料液比为 1:45,粉碎目数160目,得率为86.24 mg/g,并对提取物抗氧化活性作了初步研究。

    Abstract:

    Abstract: Microwave-assisted Salting-out Extraction of Phenolic Compounds and Lutein from marigold flowers were studied by acetone/ammonium sulfate system.The effects of microwave time, microwave power, solid-liquid ratio, and other factors on the partitioning behavior of the target products were investigated by single factor experiments and the optimization of extraction technology of microwave assisted salting-out extraction polyphenols from marigold by response surface method. The study showed that the extraction rates of total phenolics (TP), total flavonoids (TF) and lutein were 85.76 mg/g, 6.70 mg/g, 0.85 mg/g, respectively. The recoveries were 96.64%, 98.15%, 95.98%, respectively. The extraction rate was 86.24 mg/g under the optimum extraction conditions of microwave power 500 w, microwave irradiation time 95 s, solid-liquid ratio 1:45, crushing the mesh 160. The antioxidant activity of the extracts was also studied preliminarily.
