    摘要:

    以十八胺、环氧氯丙烷、N-羟乙基吗啉为原料,经过环氧氯丙烷的开环反应和季铵化反应合成双(1-氯-N-羟乙基吗啉鎓-2-羟丙基)正十八烷胺季铵盐。对其进行了FTIR、1HNMR和13CNMR结构表征, 并采用静态失重法、环境扫描电镜、X光电子能谱和接触角测试仪分析了吗啉双季铵盐缓蚀剂对A3钢的缓蚀作用。结果表明:经红外光谱与核磁表征合成目标产物;失重法结果表明,吗啉双季铵盐缓蚀剂在温度为45℃,质量浓度为0.4g/L时,缓蚀率较好;XPS结果表明吗啉双季铵盐分子在钢片表面形成薄膜,薄膜的接触角随着缓蚀剂浓度的增大而增大,在钢片表面的铺展程度逐渐减小,致密性越好。

    Abstract:

    With octadecylamine, epoxy chloropropane, N - hydroxyethyl morpholine as raw material, Synthesis of bis (1-chloro-N-hydroxyethyl morpholinium-2-hydroxypropyl) n-octadecylamine quaternary ammonium salt by ring opening reaction and quaternization of epichlorohydrin. The structures were characterized by FTIR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR, and the corrosion inhibition of A3 steel was analyzed by static weight loss method, environmental scanning electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and contact angle tester. The results showed that the target product was synthesized by IR and NMR.;The results showed that the corrosion rate of morpholine double quaternary ammonium salt inhibitor was better when the temperature was 45 ℃ and the mass concentration was 0.4 g / L. XPS results show that the morphine double quaternary ammonium salt molecules form a thin film on the surface of the steel sheet. The contact angle of the film increases with the increase of the concentration of the corrosion inhibitor, and the spreading degree on the surface of the steel sheet decreases and the density is better.
