    本文以生物炭为载体,利用一步水热法合成锰铁氧体/生物炭复合材料,采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR和XPS等方法对此复合吸附材料进行了表征分析,并研究了不同条件下对重金属离子Cd2 的吸附性能和去除效果,以及相关吸附动力学和热力学特性。结果表明:在25 ℃常温度下,锰铁氧体/生物炭复合材料对Cd2 的最佳吸附pH为7.0,吸附平衡时间为60 min,最大饱和吸附量为32.74 mg?g-1;吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附方程,对Cd2 的吸附过程属于单分子层化学吸附。解吸-吸附试验表明,该材料进行5次解析-再生后,仍对Cd2 表现出较好的再生吸附性能。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, manganese ferrite / biochar composites were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method with biochar as carrier, and the adsorption characteristics and removal efficiency of heavy metal ions Cd2 , was studied. The composite was characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and XPS, and the effect of initial pH,initial concentration on the adsorption of Cd2 on manganese ferrite/biochar composites were discussed , the experimental data were subjected to kinetic and isotherm fitting. The results show that under the experimental conditions of 25℃, the optimum pH for adsorption of Cd2 by manganese ferrite/biochar composites is 7.0. After 60 min adsorption, the adsorption equilibrium is reached, and the maximum saturated adsorption capacity was 32.74mg/g. The adsorption kinetic and adsorption isotherm are respectively conformed to the Pseudo-second-order kinetic and Langmuir isotherm models, and the monomolecular chemisorption plays a dominant role in Cd2 adsorption process. When the manganese ferrite / biochar composites was regenerated for 5 times, it still showed good regenerative adsorption properties for Cd2 .
