    摘要:

    采用反应性乳化剂制备了N-异丙基丙烯酰胺改性丙烯酸树酯(NAB)乳液及有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂(SBA)乳液。以上述两种乳液复配后作为涂料成膜物,异噻唑啉酮(MSDS)作为防霉剂,并通过添加轻质碳酸钙、滑石粉等颜填料制备了温控防霉水性防霉外墙涂料。通过调节NAB树脂的低临界相转变温度(LCST)性能,达到防霉剂的长效缓释效果,从而有效解决传统涂料应用过程中的防霉有效期短的问题,且保证了涂料的各项应用性能优良,为高性能防霉涂料的研发提供新的思路和研究基础。

    Abstract:

    N-isopropylacrylamide modified acrylate resin (NAB) and silicone modified acrylate (SBA) emulsion were prepared with reactive emulsifiers. The exterior wall-coating was prepared by applying these two kinds of emulsion as film former, sothiazolinone (MSDS) as antibacterial?agent and calcium carbonate, talcum powder as fillers. Based on the LCST property of NAB resin, the MSDS in this coating can be re-leased with temperature-controlled, which can effectively solve the problems of short mildew-proofing period. This study will provide new strategies for the development of mildew-proofing exterior wall-coating.
