    摘要:

    甲基丙烯酰胺丙基三甲基氯化铵(MAPTAC)是一种既具有高反应活性又具有耐温耐压和耐酸碱耐盐优点的季铵盐阳离子单体,其各类聚合物均具有良好的应用前景。该文首先介绍了单体MAPTAC及其聚合物的合成方法和工艺优化的研究进展。其次,列举了MAPTAC的聚合物在日化用品、石油开采、水处理和医学等领域的应用研究典型实例。最后,对开发高相对分子质量、系列化相对分子质量及其相对分子质量窄分布MAPTAC的聚合物产品,强化该类聚合物结构与性能关系研究,拓展聚合物应用领域等方面提出了建设性意见。

    Abstract:

    3-methacrylamide propyl trimethyl ammonium chloride monomer (MAPTAC) is a kind of cationic quaternary ammonium salt monomer with high reactivity, temperature and pressure resistance and acid and alkali resistance, and salt resistance. The various polymers based on the MAPTAC have good application prospects. Firstly, the research progress of the synthesis method and process optimization of MAPTAC monomer and its polymers were introduced, respectively; Secondly, the typical examples of application research of MAPTAC polymers in daily chemical supplies, petroleum exploration, water treatment, medicine and other fields were listed. Finally, constructive opinions were put forward in developing of the MAPTAC polymer products with high relative molecular weight, serialized relative molecular weight and narrow relative molecular weight distribution, strengthening the research on the relationship between structure and performance and expanding the application fields of MAPTAC polymers.
