Abstract:Due to the limitations of traditional preparation processes such as solution blending, in-situ polymerization and so on, the disordered random arrangement of graphene in organic coatings has become an important bottleneck problem. Therefore, many scholars are denoted from the perspective of graphene orientation sequencing. A lot of research work has been carried out in the fields of topology optimization, directional arrangement technology, effects of directional arrangement on corrosion resistance of coating and so on. In this paper, the theoretical research of graphene topological optimization is introduced in detail, and the evolution history of the shielding performance model of composite coatings is summarized. Then, the reported directional regulation strategies of graphene are summarized. the regulation preparation based on electric field and magnetic field are elaborated. The reported layer-by-layer self-assembly method, evaporation-induced self-assembly method and filtration-induced self-assembly method to prepare oriented graphene composite coatings are introduced, and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Then, the influences of oriented graphene on resistance and service life of composite anticorrosive coatings have been summarized. Finally, the research direction and some problems to be solved in industrial application of oriented graphene composite coatings are discussed.
