    摘要:

    藻蓝蛋白作为极具应用价值的天然色素蛋白,其被广泛应用于食品、医药和化妆品等领域。作为藻蓝蛋白在不同领域成功应用的关键,其提取与纯化技术一直备受关注。本文全面论述了近年来藻蓝蛋白提取与纯化的多种方法及最新研究成果,阐释了各种粗提取与纯化工艺的工作原理以及优缺点,着重对通过冻融法预处理、适用于大规模工业化生产的提取与纯化方法的组合工艺进行了讨论,并对藻蓝蛋白纯度和提取率进行了总结。在应用层面,探讨藻蓝蛋白在食品、医药以及化妆品领域的研究进展与应用实例。最后总结当前研究现状存在的问题,并对未来研究方向进行展望,旨在为藻蓝蛋白相关研究及应用提供全面且有价值的参考。

    Abstract:

    As a natural pigment protein with great application value, phycocyanin is widely used in food, medicine and cosmetics. As the key to the successful application of phycocyanin in different fields, its extraction and purification technologies have been attracting much attention. This paper comprehensively discusses a variety of methods and the latest research results on the extraction and purification of phycocyanin in recent years, explains the working principle as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various crude extraction and purification processes, and focuses on the combination of extraction and purification methods that are suitable for large-scale industrial production through the freeze-thaw method of pre-treatment, and summarizes the purity and extraction rate of phycocyanin. At the application level, we will discuss the research progress and application examples of phycocyanin in the fields of food, medicine and cosmetics. Finally, we summaries the problems of the current research status and prospect the future research direction, aiming to provide a comprehensive and valuable reference for the research and application of phycocyanin.
